MINDFUL POSITIVITY COACH

I spent a lot of my career travelling around the world lecturing in business and marketing. But increasingly realised there was more to life than making profit and satisfying short-term consumer needs.

During the past 10 years, I’ve developed an in-depth understanding of mindfulness. This has been underpinned by a postgrad in Mindfulness & Compassion, studying MBCT at Oxford University, writing a book on developing a healthy mind, attending seminars and retreats across the world and leading many teachings and meditations. I run a regular 8-week mindfulness programme and have delivered sessions for a wide range of organisations including Unilever, the Lifestyle Medicine Society and an international telecoms company. As a result, mindfulness has become an intrinsic way of life.

I now seek to live a life of mindful positivity and to help others do the same.
